Its office buildings are suited for companies in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.

The E-com Centers, a series of modern and iconic office buildings mostly targeting technology-based industries and BPO companies are found in the Mall of Asia Complex. With One E-com, Two E-com and Five E-com Centers fully leased at the Mall of Asia Complex, SM Prime launched Three E-com Center and plans to develop more E-com Centers which will feature iconic architecture and designs most suited for outsourcing companies.
